With experience that spans over four decades; we specialize in helping our Clients purchase and sell Real Estate on the Island of Oahu. We have a large property management division, but are always looking for more properties to supplement our inventory. We manage mostly long term (180 days or more) rental properties with the exception of a few exclusive vacation rentals.

We carefully screen prospective tenants by credit and criminal background, and once chosen we do a thorough check in with a physical inspection and many photos. We advertise at no cost to the Owners.
